The listing stated a flat measurement of 42cm, but in reality, the lining is cotton and has no stretch at all, with a flat measurement of 40cm. It will fit someone with a bust size of 80cm or less. This is a lovely and gorgeous white social dance dress with many jewel decorations. It has floats and a skirt made of three layers of georgette fabric, which spreads elegantly and is very glamorous. S~M size Flat measurements: Length... 120cm from shoulder Chest width... 40cm Waist... 36cm Lining is cotton and has no stretch. Includes bra pads, no inner pants, and a choker. Has floats.
