It was mentioned on a recent appraisal show (October 2024) that many were made during the Edo period, and items in worse condition were appraised at 30,000 yen. It's a large sake bottle with a rich, deep brown color and a simple, tasteful hue. It's a rustic pottery with the warmth of the earthen color itself. It would match the color of furniture and can be used as an object, a flower vase, or a single-flower vase, making it stylish and suitable for a modern Western-style room. Condition: There are irregularities and other imperfections from the manufacturing process, which are characteristic of old items. The areas where the color appears lighter, such as the neck, are where the glaze didn't fully cover during firing, and are not scratches or chips.
