Girls' Children's Kimono I purchased this used kimono from this site, which specializes in selling kimonos, and used it for a photo shoot for a baby's first shrine visit (worn for less than 2 hours). Rental fees for the shrine visit were high, so this was sufficient as it was only for a few hours. I purchased it as genuine silk (正絹), but I am not an expert, so I cannot confirm if it is authentic. There are no major noticeable scratches or stains, and it is in a beautiful condition, but there is a faint stain on the left back side and a 3mm thread is coming out. (See photos) It is small and not very noticeable (I may have overlooked something as I am not an expert). The gradation is very beautiful, and I was able to take good photos for the shrine visit.
