Thank you for viewing. This is a large beige tote bag. It is entirely hand-stitched and handmade. - Color: Beige. However, it will change to a reddish-brown tannin color with aging. - Material: Vegetable-tanned leather (full vegetable-tanned leather) - Hardware: Brass Made from firm, vegetable-tanned cowhide. It is unfinished, using leather similar to tan leather, and designed to prevent moisture and dirt from adhering as much as possible. While it is not resistant to dirt or moisture, it will age beautifully with continued use. The unfinished leather has been thoroughly treated with neat's-foot oil and finished with homemade wax made from jojoba oil and beeswax, so minor scratches can be made less noticeable by rubbing with your hand or a cloth. The surface has been lightly glazed by hand, giving it a natural look and making it more resistant to dirt and moisture than the original unfinished leather. I made this because I wanted a rugged, everyday-use tote bag, like a simple sack, to age and use myself. I've decided to use a different design, so I hope someone will age it well and enjoy using it.
