This is a set of a frilly swimsuit and a polka-dot hairband. Worn over swim diapers, and has not been used in the ocean. Slight fraying and some wear on the ribbon. There appear to be no noticeable stains, but as I am not a professional, I may have missed something. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
