I pre-ordered and purchased this at Lawson. Unopened. Approximately 27.5 x 15 cm. There appears to be a scratch-like mark near the hair. There also appears to be a faint scratch-like mark near the eyes. It may have occurred during the product's packaging. I'm not sure if there is a protective film or not. For those who understand, For those who don't mind.
