This is a ceremonial dress from Akachan no Shiro (Baby's Castle). The entire dress is embroidered, making it a very beautiful baby dress. It was only worn for a few hours at the time of discharge from the hospital and for the Hatsumiyamairi (Shinto shrine visit for newborns), so it looks like new and I think it's a very beautiful item. Made in Japan from 100% cotton, the fabric is sturdy and perfect for wearing in the autumn and winter.
