This is M!LK's color-changing penlight. When I bought it, it lit up in 5 colors, but after using it once, it only lights up in pink, blue, and red. Please be aware of this if you purchase it. There is no outer bag, but there are no noticeable stains or scratches. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details, as it has been stored by a private individual.
