This is a "Pero Pero" candy container from the Showa era. I believe I obtained it about 12 to 25 years ago at a flea market or antique shop. It's quite large, and the decorative patterns are elaborate, giving it a strong presence. There are small chips on the inner side of the cup. Also, there is some dust or debris that seems to have been mixed in during manufacturing. (Please check the last 1-3 photos). There are other minor chips, but overall, I think it's in good condition or better. Please check the photos to confirm the detailed condition and size of the item.
