It is also known as Enamel Color (琺瑯彩, hōrōsai) or Foreign Color (洋彩, yōsai). The production period of Jingdezhen Famille Rose can be determined by the kiln mark on the back of the vessel. In the 1960s, the kiln mark included "B", "D", or "N" as factory codes after "MADE IN CHINA".
