The white part may have scratches if you look closely, but it's clean because I used it with a cover. It seems to be powered on and makes a sound, but it's not recognized by the iPhone. Sometimes it doesn't make a sound. I don't know the details, so I'm selling it as a junk item. If you can fix it or need it for parts, please purchase it.
