Purchased over 5 years ago. I removed the tags at the time because I intended to wear it, but I ended up never wearing it. It's almost new, having only been tried on. Since it's been several years + I've tried it on 2 or 3 times, I've listed it as "Like New." The waist can be cinched with a drawstring. The slightly flared sleeves with frills are cute. It can be worn as a dress on its own, or as a cardigan by unbuttoning the front. It's a bit too cute for me, and it doesn't suit me, so I'm selling it. I appreciate your understanding.
