This item was obtained as a used product. Batteries are not included, but all accessories listed in the instruction manual are present. The booklet appears to be unopened. Power-up and operation were tested and found to be without any problems. After I received it, I loaded a medal for testing only once. Basically, I scanned the medals from the blister pack and listened to the sounds through the buckle. As shown in the images, there are noticeable scratches on parts where they make contact. Also, the belt shows some warping. The box shows signs of wear and tear. I cannot capture all the scratches, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the condition. I believe there are no issues with the sound effects or role-playing features. Shipping will be via Mercari delivery service, so I am not responsible for any postal accidents.
