PLUS Paper Cutter PK-513L This is a manual paper cutter from Plus. I tested it by cutting about 50 sheets of copy paper, and it cut through them easily. Two AA batteries are required to illuminate the cutting area, allowing for accurate cuts. I don't think the cutting blade needs to be replaced yet.
