This is a heater for small cats and dogs. I bought it but didn't use it much, so it's been stored away. The fur on one side has become matted because I stored it with the cover on (see photo 3). There are no issues with use. The fur on the other side should be fine (see photo 2). Please understand this and that it is a used item before purchasing. Thank you.
