Thank you for viewing. This is a Gibson USA / Non-Reverse Thunderbird in Sparkling Burgundy. It has been used a few times in the studio and for recording. There are some noticeable scratches near the nut on the 1st string side (photo 4) and on the back of the headstock (photo 14), but other than that, there are only minor wiping scratches and no major damage. I noticed while taking the photos that there is a slight lifting of the paint on the 4th string peg post (photo 10). The original bridge did not allow for individual string height adjustment, so it has been replaced with a HIP SHOT 3 Point Super Tone Bass Bridge Chrome. The balance was poor when playing standing up, causing the headstock to droop, so an ESP strap pin (ESP STRAP LOCK END PIN ESL-EP) has been added to the back of the body. The strap pin on the body end has also been replaced. The original bridge is not included, but the original strap pins that were removed are included. There is a slight scratchiness on each knob (it disappears after turning it a few times). The neck is almost straight with 45-105 strings strung on it, and the string height is 2.5mm on the 4th string and 2.0mm on the 1st string, with no buzzing or dead spots in any position. I haven't touched the truss rod since I bought it, so I think the neck is stable. Based on the serial number, I believe it was made in 2022. All the accessories are shown in photo 17. All the original accessories from the time of purchase are included, except for the owner registration postcard. It will likely be just within the 200 size limit for Yamato Transport, so it will be shipped in a hard case and carefully wrapped with bubble wrap.
