This is a Hirota Glass 3-minute hourglass. The sand appears to be gold in color. According to the official website, it might be roasted green tea. You can use it to time your tea brewing, or elegantly measure the waiting time for instant noodles. I'm selling it because I don't have a chance to use it. I hope someone will appreciate it.
