I bought this at the sample sale corner of "as know as pinky." I've worn it about 5 times, but I haven't had many opportunities to wear it, so I'm letting it go. The waist is elastic and can be tied with a drawstring. It has a lining. The care instructions are on the back, but you can read them if you try. It seems to be 100% polyester. The fine pleats are unique and lovely. They sway when you walk, which is cute. I think it would look great in the summer with a white T-shirt. How about pairing it with a loose-fitting knit sweater in the fall and winter? Casual, relaxed fit.
