Thank you for viewing! This is a Martha Stewart Circle Edge Punch Starter Kit. You can create 7 different circle sizes, from 6 to 12 inches. Cartridges are sold separately and are compatible with other designs. You can use them with this kit. The instruction manual is in English, but a Japanese version is attached to the back of the box. You can also find instructions online. There are some minor scratches on the silver parts. The box has some damage, scratches, and tears. I have confirmed that the punch works without any problems.
