Installation videos and grease are not included, but I have listed the product at a lower price. For disassembly and replacement instructions, search for "Suzuki mirror gear" on video-sharing websites. For grease, use the grease from inside the mirror during disassembly, or the grease attached to the broken gear, and apply it to the metal gear. Only a small amount is needed. The original gears are made of resin and break during mirror opening and closing. If the mirror does not retract even when you press the mirror retract button, it is highly likely that the internal gear is faulty. The motor sound does not stop. *Please disassemble your mirror and check the number of teeth on the gear and the condition of the gear before purchasing.
