This is a small Tanba-yaki jar from Hyogo Prefecture, dating back 50 years. It's small and cute, making it suitable for use as a personal-sized pickling jar or miso pot, perfect for someone living alone. There are some cracks and chips (see photo 4), but they are not very noticeable. I think it's in relatively good condition for its age. Of course, it comes with a lid.
