I made a straight, trapezoid-free pen case using fabric from Alexander Henry's "a ghastlie face." I've arranged the pattern to beautifully showcase many of the faces. The outer fabric has a thick interfacing. It has an 18cm zipper. It can hold long items like makeup brushes. It has a wide gusset, so it should hold quite a bit.
