The top of the head is torn about halfway. I think it would be good to put something inside and sew it up with thread. There are vertical wrinkles on the head, giving it a lot of character. The overall moderate soiling is very tasteful. There is no sand inside, just the skin. I washed it quite a bit, so I think the dirt is ingrained. I'm accepting design requests.
