Some of the threads on the sash have come loose from the beginning, but it doesn't seem to have a front or back, so if you turn it over, it shouldn't affect the photos. Most of the parts are attached with safety pins or brooch pins, so there will be pin marks. The brooch on the chest, the chain around the neck, the armbands, and the sash are all pins.
