Thank you for viewing. This is a fixture (belt hook?) that was used in a store, and I received it from an acquaintance. It's quite old, with a plate and hooks (both believed to be copper) stamped with "Lee" attached to a wooden base, making it a very valuable item that is no longer available. The ends are not painted, so it's likely that it was disassembled. The hooks are not loose, and you can still use it as a wall hook for clothes, hats, etc. One of the nut caps for securing the hook on the back is missing.
