I believe it's in overall good condition, but please understand that it is a used item and has been stored at home. Please consider this before purchasing. (There may be some scratches on the front and back covers, but the inside is clean.) Immediate purchase is OK. As a novice, I have removed dust, sun-dried it, and wiped the cover with a disinfectant wipe, followed by a dry cloth. I believe it's in a condition where you can read it right away.
