Unopened. It appears to be almost pristine upon visual inspection. I believe this is a rare item, as it came with the purchase of a caster bag. Although not confirmed, it may not be sold commercially, as there is no barcode. It's a red HELLO KITTY design memo pad with a date entry section, a pen, and something like a magnet attached. I can't confirm this as it's unopened. It's reversible and can be used on both sides. It's a vintage item. I suspect the pen may be dried out and not work. There's a slight something inside the plastic on the back, but it was there from the beginning. I think it can be removed, but please be aware of this before purchasing.
