This item has been professionally cleaned and stored at home for a long time. (The buttons are still wrapped in silver paper for protection, as they were when returned from the cleaners.) The sleeves are made of organza, and the fabric is lovely. The shoulder pads are removable, but they are not included. I have only worn this item twice without shoulder pads. The condition is good. I'm not sure of the size, so I've taken measurements. Please allow for slight variations.
