This is a tea chest made of Akita cherry bark. There is no damage, but the bark on the bottom is worn. It is believed that the previous owner used it with the lid as the bottom. There are also scratches on the surface of the lid. It has a nice atmosphere not only as a tea utensil, but also as a small item case or display fixture ☺︎ Approximately 30cm in diameter, 11cm in height.
