This is a buggy board that attaches to a stroller. It hasn't been used much, so the tires show little wear. There are some minor scratches and dirt from use, but there are no operational issues. Instruction manual included. Everything in the photos is included. Now that it's finally getting cooler, I think it will be useful for walks and outings. The non-slip tape has been removed after use, so the adhesive may be weak. I'll include it just in case, assuming you'll replace it with something else. There are no noticeable scratches, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor imperfections.
