Black flared skirt with pearl embellishments at the waist. The tag says navy, but it looks black to me. The fabric is wrinkle-resistant, giving it an elegant look. I bought it in Kichijoji, but I haven't worn it much, so I'm selling it. This is a used item that has been in someone else's possession. Please understand.
