As it is vintage, this design is no longer seen. The ribbon on the chest is lovely whether tied or left hanging like a bow tie. The ribbon is removable. Pleats are on the front, and it is elaborately made. The back has a collar like a sailor collar. There is a slight age-related stain on the back shoulder area, but it is on the inside, so it is not very noticeable (Photos 16 and 17). Shoulder pads are included, but if you are concerned, you can easily cut them off. Feel free to do so. Vintage
