They have a comfortable elastic waistband that's easy for children to wear. Would you like them for a change of clothes? My small son wore them, but he has outgrown them, so I'm selling them. I don't see any holes, but they have been used, so please consider this if you are interested. I hate to throw them away... It looks like the hot weather will continue, so they might be useful.
