All the instructions, etc., are included. Please note that the lithium battery is no longer usable, possibly due to aging. The buyer will need to replace this. I am not good with machinery, so please understand that I cannot answer questions about the mechanics. How about it for your emergency bag, for outdoor activities, or for exercising at night?
