It provides the high insulation and fluffy comfort of down, while the water-repellent PrimaLoft(R) used in the fill maintains loft even when wet. The outer fabric uses Pertex Quantum(R), which has a soft touch, is very light, and also has strength. With a clean round neck, it is suitable for layering with collared mid-layers or zip shirts.
