Tulle skirt, 110cm This skirt has three layers of tulle with a lining, creating a fluffy, voluminous look. The tulle part of the skirt has slits on both sides. My daughter wore this for about two days as a Halloween costume when she was 2 years old. The waist is elastic, but it might be a bit small. I purchased this, and it was said to fit sizes around 100cm to 110cm. I don't see any noticeable stains, but please understand that this has been stored at home and is being inspected by a non-professional.
