I purchased this from an Instagram shop called mignon, which sells a wide range of clothing for babies to adults. This is a Korean select item for women. It has a waistline切り替え (waistline design), and it's very cute! There's a little dirt on the hem, but I think it can be removed with something like Utamaro soap.
