⚠️Some chipping, petal shedding, and leaf dropping during shipping are characteristics of dried flowers.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in case of significant damage, so please inform us before rating the product.
⚠️The dried flowers on sale are purchased items, flowers purchased and dried, plants grown in our own garden, and plants that grow wild in the mountains and fields that have been dried. We wash the flowers if possible before drying them. We inspect them, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no insects.
Also, insects may appear depending on the storage conditions after purchase.
Please understand this point, and if you are not comfortable with this or are very particular, please refrain from purchasing.
If you wish, we will spray the dried flowers with an insect repellent spray before shipping, so please let us know.
⚠️After production, we store the flowers in a place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading, but they change daily. If you would like a current photo, please let us know.
