Compact MINISFORUM mini PC. It's a barebone unit, meaning it has no RAM or SSD. Two out of the four screws for accessing the RAM and SSD have broken female threads, so they can't be fastened. However, it should be fine if used flat. When I used it, the OS would crash due to freezes, which is a common issue with this model.
