It would be lovely as a brooch, or even as an obi-dome (sash ornament). 2 x 4.2 cm (maximum value), pinwheel pin type. It's not as old as an antique, so I believe it's vintage. I was told it was made in Europe when I purchased it, but I don't know the exact country of origin or year of manufacture. There are no major noticeable scratches or stains, and it's in beautiful condition, but please understand that it is an old item, has been inspected by an amateur, and has been stored at home before purchasing.
