This is a pair of Western short boots from TOGA PULLA. I purchased them around June 2022 for 32,560 yen. I wore them with socks 3-4 times, so there is some scuffing on the soles and heels, and they show some signs of wear, but overall they are in good condition. - I haven't worn them in the rain. - There is no smell other than the typical leather shoe smell.
