This is a My Melody mascot from the Sanrio White Frill Series. It is brand new, unused, and with tags. I bought it at a Sanrio shop in Ikebukuro. I have stored it in a dark place since I purchased it. I chose one with a cute face! My Melody fans, please take a look!
