I have attached a photo of the same spoon from an advertisement in 1905. The spoon on the right in the photo is marked "OXFORD SILVER PLATE Co" and also features a floral motif, but with a different design. Both items were actually used, and the silver plating has worn thin, revealing a yellowish base. *⋆⋅⋅⋅⊱∘──────∘⊰⋅⋅⋅⋆‧* I think your usual delicious ice cream will taste even better.
