Surly Nice Rack, a front carrier. Made of chromoly steel. Color is black. I used it attached to a bike for about 5 years. It's faded overall, and has many scratches, stains, and rust. I always loaded luggage on the rear carrier, so I never put heavy items like pannier bags on this front carrier. Therefore, although there are many scratches, there is no damage, distortion, or cracks. The functionality of the carrier is still in good enough condition to be used. The stay plates are included. I have disposed of the bolts that were used for a long time, as reusing them might be dangerous. Unused bolts are included. I am selling it at a significantly lower price than the market value because of its poor appearance.
