This is an attachment for adding extra bottle cages to handlebars or seatposts. It allows you to easily add spare water bottles. It can be attached to pipes with a diameter of Ø22-38mm, and the mounting angle can be changed every 90° vertically and horizontally. The band diameter is adjusted by changing the position of the holes in the band. I believe it is in good condition, but please understand that it is a used item.
