Pure silk This is an obi (sash) for a furisode (long-sleeved kimono). Total length: 4.30m, Width: 31cm Of the above length, the plain ivory-colored part on the surface is 1.18m (see photo 1). Purchased from a kimono shop. Features large peonies. White, reddish-pink, and silver thread design. Stored in a paulownia chest. Moth repellent has been replaced, and the obi has been aired out. The item has wrinkles and scuffs from being tied in places, as shown in photo 8. This item was purchased in the Showa era.
