The waist size cannot be adjusted. There's a snap button at the chest, which is convenient for breastfeeding. Since the dress is see-through on its own, you'll need to wear an inner layer to prevent your chest and shorts from being visible. The fabric is smooth, making it easy to care for, and by pairing it with outerwear, you can wear it for a long time, from spring to autumn. As far as I can see, there are no noticeable stains or scratches, but there may be oversights. I hope you will purchase it understanding that it is a used item. I will fold it compactly for shipping.
