I've used this occasionally for several years as a dish for gratins and lasagna. I would bake a large one and divide it into four portions ^ ^ It's a sponge cake pan, but how about using it like this? There are no noticeable scratches, but there are some areas with cloudiness that can't be removed. Inner diameter is 20cm, height is 5cm.
