In the photos, I've put one gel in each pocket, but there's room, so you can fit 2-3 gels in each (depending on the size of the gel). I used these for marathons and trail running, but I'm selling them because they no longer fit. The text on the tag has faded. There is some wear and tear on the inside, but no noticeable damage.
