Even when fully charged in the case, the earbuds' battery dies after about an hour. I don't think there are any sound quality issues. Version is 4.2.1. All accessories are included, but the warranty period has expired as it has been over 2 years since purchase. There are no scratches or stains because I used a cover. I only used the M size ear tips. (The earbuds, case, and ear tips have all been wiped with disinfectant wipes) Cancellations after purchase are not accepted.
